自动纤维铺放过程中预浸料放置时间对材料性能和面外转向缺陷的影响量化研究

在自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺中,材料性能与工艺参数的相互作用对实现成本高效制造至关重要。铺放速率和缺陷都取决于未固化预浸料带的性能,而这些性能与放置时间(out-time)密切相关。然而,数据手册中缺乏相关信息,且缺少标准化测试方法。本研究采用已验证的测试方法,对IM7/8552预浸料在15天放置时间内的力学性能和粘性进行了实验研究。同时进行了AFP铺放试验以量化对转向缺陷的影响。力学性能结果表明:剪切模量和横向拉伸模量呈非线性增长,与测试温度存在强相关性。探针粘性测试结果在20°C时对放置时间表现出强依赖性,在40°C时依赖性较弱。新型剥离粘性测试方法和铺放试验结果均显示随放置时间呈单调变化。在两种情况下,铺放速率和红外(IR)加热器功率被确定为影响最大的工艺参数。研究结果全面揭示了材料性能随不同测试和工艺参数及放置时间的变化规律,有助于优化AFP工艺参数,并为材料模型和AFP缺陷模型提供输入数据。
