复合材料界面对纤维与基体的相容性具有重要作用。本文采用有限元法和分子动力学方法分别在介观尺度和微观尺度对自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺进行了建模。建立了基于分子动力学方法的界面分子模型,通过吸附能和扩散系数分别评估了不同工艺参数下界面的吸附性能和树脂沿界面的流动性能。采用灰色关联分析方法揭示了工艺参数与界面力学性能之间的关联规律。通过层间剪切强度和弯曲强度的测量验证了模型结果的准确性。研究表明,工艺参数(如铺放温度、铺放速度、压力等)对界面微观结构和力学性能具有显著影响,通过优化这些参数可以改善碳纤维增强复合材料的界面质量和整体性能。
