自动纤维铺放用集成切割系统的自适应进料辊
Adaptive Feeding Roller with An Integrated Cutting System for Automated Fiber Placement (AFP)

自动纤维铺放(AFP)技术已在航空航天复合材料制造领域应用超过30年,广泛用于飞机机身、机头等大型构件的制造。文献研究表明,AFP铺放头工作时间中85%用于切割、加速、减速和必要的方向调整。传统AFP铺放头由多个模块组成,各模块需协调同步完成整个工艺过程。近年来,研究人员致力于扩展该技术优势并优化工艺流程。本文提出将切割单元与进料单元集成为一个紧凑、简洁的系统,可显著提高纤维带切割质量和生产效率。进料系统将纤维带从材料卷轴拉送至压实辊下方,同时需将纤维带切割至预定长度。按照现有技术方案,切割单元仅在进料单元停止时工作,导致铺放工艺出现短暂中断。新型集成方案实现了无中断切割,消除了切割过程中的停机时间损耗。该集成单元与AFP工艺过程同步,可适配主动或被动进料工艺模式,从而提升整体生产效率和工艺稳定性。
