本研究采用机器人自动纤维铺放(AFP)原位工艺制备高质量热塑性复合材料结构。激光辅助加热自动纤维铺放(LAFP)是一种极具吸引力的制造技术,用于开发轻量化、高性能的复合材料构件,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车、军工等主导产业。对AFP工艺制备的层板试样进行了弯曲强度测试,并通过光学显微镜分析了孔隙含量和层间粘结强度不足等缺陷特征。研究重点关注自动纤维铺放过程中缺陷的形成机制,包括纤维皱褶、孔隙、脱粘等常见缺陷类型,这些缺陷直接影响复合材料的力学性能和使用寿命。通过系统分析工艺参数与缺陷形成的关联性,为优化AFP工艺参数、提高复合材料制件质量提供了重要的技术参考。
