自动纤维铺放(AFP)是一种先进的复合材料制造方法,特别适用于大型复合材料构件的生产。然而,AFP工艺过程中不可避免地会产生各类制造缺陷,这些缺陷会严重影响复合材料的力学性能。本综述系统调研了AFP工艺中制造缺陷及其在线检测技术的最新研究进展。主要内容包括:(1)常规层合板和变刚度层合板中的位置缺陷特征;(2)缺陷与复合材料力学性能的关联机制;(3)缺陷控制方法;(4)孔隙缺陷的建模方法;(5)在线检测技术体系。在此基础上,讨论了现有研究的贡献与局限性,并指出了理论研究和工程应用实践中的未来研究方向,为AFP工艺的质量控制和可靠性提升提供技术参考。
