本文提出了一套用于自动纤维铺放(AFP)工艺过程监测的原位缺陷检测系统。为获取铺放纤维束的有效数据,设计、制造并集成了一套具有三自由度的柔性视觉系统到AFP机器上。开发了图像分割算法用于定位和隔离输入图像中的缺陷。所提算法采用Gabor滤波器提取所需的纹理特征,随后进行自适应阈值处理。成功识别了四类主要缺陷,包括异物、皱褶、间隙和搭桥现象。该监测系统可减少耗时且昂贵的人工质量检测工作,显著提高AFP工艺的可靠性和生产效率。
