本文建立了自动纤维铺放(AFP)过程中的张力波动模型,描述了不同工作条件下的张力变化规律。通过Bode图和实验验证了模型的稳定性和有效性。基于该模型,获得了AFP不同阶段的张力波动特性。采用本文提出的评估方法,确定了系统性能更优的被动张力调节器参数。研究发现,阻尼系数对张力变化的影响显著大于弹性系数的影响。铺放实验表明,优化后的被动张力调节器参数能够显著改善纤维铺放质量。被动张力调节器作为AFP系统的关键部件,其参数设计直接影响纤维铺放的稳定性和制品质量。本研究通过建立张力动力学模型,揭示了张力波动机制,为AFP工艺参数优化和装备改进提供了理论依据和工程指导。
