对于自动化纤维铺放(AFP)设备而言,张力器是其关键模块之一,用于精确生成和控制纤维的张力。本文通过总结近年来张力器的发展历程,对其关键技术进行了系统分析和综合。文中提出了一种专为纤维铺放技术设计的新型张力器,并通过实验结果验证了所提出的机构和控制算法的可行性。此外,本文还展望了该领域未来的发展方向。
