合成聚酰胺(尼龙)领域正在进行重大研究和开发工作。其中聚(ε-己内酰胺)(PCL、聚酰胺6、PA6、尼龙6)是该聚合物家族中研究最广泛的成员之一。本文概述了ε-己内酰胺(CL)阴离子开环聚合(AROP)的主要最新进展,包括金属内酰胺盐和氨基甲酰基己内酰胺的引发剂组合,以及其他引发体系如保护的N-杂环卡宾、NaHMDI和σ-硼烷-钡络合物等。讨论了在阻燃剂、增强剂和填料等添加剂存在下CL的原位聚合。介绍了利用1,1,1-三氟乙醇作为洗脱液的凝胶层析色谱法(GPC/SEC)测定聚酰胺6分子量分布(MWD)和平均分子量的方法。最后,阐述了热塑性树脂传递模塑(T-RTM)工艺的最新研究进展,该工艺通过CL的快速原位聚合制备聚酰胺6产品,如增强PA6和复合材料。
