本研究对热塑性基体复合材料(TMC)的单点渐进成形(SPIF)进行了实验研究。该TMC以聚酰胺(PA)6.6为基体,30 wt%短玻纤(GF)为增强体。通过热压PA/30 wt% GF颗粒至1.5 mm厚度制备复合材料。研究了SPIF工艺参数对成形性能的影响,包括成形温度(60°C~120°C)、主轴转速(500~3000 rpm)、壁面角度(30°~60°)和步进距离(0.5~1.5 mm)对成形深度和冷却收缩的影响。结果表明,壁面角度是影响TMC成形深度和收缩的最主要参数。此外,该TMC在冷却过程中表现出显著的收缩特性,最大收缩率达到83.6%。研究结果为热塑性短纤维增强复合材料的单点渐进成形工艺优化提供了重要参考。
