本研究旨在优化聚碳酸酯/碳纤维单向带材的点焊工艺。通过三个阶段的研究系统调查了焊接条件对焊点质量的影响。首先,采用全因子实验设计分析了温度和时间对焊缝拉伸断裂应力的影响;其次,在优化工艺参数下重复验证实验;最后,采用中心复合设计(CCD)评估工艺的稳定性。研究结果表明,温度是影响焊点质量的主要因素。最大拉伸断裂应力达到23 MPa。采用相对较高的温度和较短的焊接时间可实现焊头自清洁,使焊接过程更快速、更稳定。凝胶渗透层析(GPC)分析证实这些工艺条件不会导致材料的额外降解。该研究为聚碳酸酯基热塑性复合材料的高效连接提供了工艺指导。
