树脂传递模塑(RTM)工艺是制造大型聚合物基复合材料制品最常用的技术,具有生产周期短、材料消耗少、脱模后尺寸精度高(±0.5 mm)、制品两侧光滑光亮、壁厚均匀等优势。该工艺可采用单侧或双侧凝胶涂层,增强材料可选用玻纤、碳纤、夹芯材料或金属嵌件,树脂固化过程无需加压,具有循环时间短、苯乙烯排放低等特点。本文建立了真空-RTM工艺制造聚合物复合材料制品的数学模型。模型考虑了模具填充和树脂固化过程中,薄壁型腔内热物理性能随空间位置变化且随时间变化的特点。研究材料按均质各向同性材料处理。通过应用数值求解方案对该模型进行求解,并与实验测量结果进行对比验证,充分验证了该填充方法的优越性,为真空-RTM工艺的优化设计和工艺参数控制提供了理论依据。
