聚乳酸/热塑性聚氨酯复合长丝的表征及其在熔融沉积成型增材制造中的应用

将聚乳酸(PLA)和热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)按不同比例混合,通过双螺杆和单螺杆挤出机挤出制备复合长丝,用于熔融沉积成型(FDM)增材制造。采用单轴拉伸试验、差示扫描量热法、热重分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱、流变学测试、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对长丝性能进行了表征。对3D打印样品进行了动态力学分析测试。研究结果表明:随着TPU含量增加,复合长丝的拉伸强度和模量降低,断裂伸长率增加。分析显示复合长丝中两种聚合物成分具有部分互溶性。最后,利用开发的复合长丝设计并3D打印了柔性结构平纹织物,验证了该长丝适用于FDM增材制造工艺。
