本文提出了一种基于稳定化有限元方法的计算策略,用于模拟纤维微观结构中具有毛细管效应的双流体流动。在该框架中,三相接触线平衡条件作为自然边界条件被引入Stokes问题的弱形式中。研究选取了两种二维微观结构模型——六边形规则结构和随机结构,并从数值渗透率和毛细压力两个方面进行了系统分析。该方法有效处理了纤维增强复合材料制造过程中的两相流动问题,特别是在树脂传递模塑(RTM)等液体成型工艺中的应用。通过稳定化有限元离散化,避免了速度-压力场耦合求解中的数值不稳定性。数值结果表明,微观结构的几何特征对流动特性和毛细压力分布有显著影响,为优化复合材料工艺参数提供了理论依据。
