本文建立了真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺中预成形体变形与树脂流动耦合到固化动力学和流变特性的数值模型。通过温度控制监测树脂浸润与固化过程的耦合,旨在缩短工艺周期。分析基于两相多孔介质流动理论,扩展了预成形体变形模型,耦合固化动力学和热传递。该模型的创新之处在于将温度和预成形体变形与树脂粘度和渗透率的耦合关系引入VARTM工艺。为解决此问题,在多孔介质框架基础上引入热传递和化学反应,增加对流项以描述与树脂流动的相互作用。对薄壁预成形体采用壳体运动学描述,显著降低了问题规模。采用交错求解策略对有限元离散化的耦合模型系统进行求解,以高效处理非等温条件下的部分饱和流动前沿。数值算例表明,通过合理的温度控制,VARTM浸润工艺的周期时间可缩短超过68%。此外,该框架可用于优化工艺参数和验证特定浸润任务中树脂体系的适配性。
