纳米复合材料加热元件热塑性复合材料电阻焊接的建模研究

导电纳米复合材料加热元件作为传统碳纤维或不锈钢加热元件的补充,正在热塑性复合材料电阻焊接中得到开发应用。本研究建立了采用新型加热元件的电阻焊接过程有限元模型,并据此确定了高质量焊接接头的工艺窗口。有限元模型结果通过实验验证,相比已发表结果,搭接剪切强度提高了28%。断裂接头的断口形貌分析表明,由于纳米复合材料加热元件的脆性特征,焊接接头呈现薄层内聚破坏模式。该研究为热塑性复合材料电阻焊接工艺的优化和新型加热元件的应用提供了理论基础和实验依据。
