提出了一种新型金属基复合材料自由成形制造方法——纤维牵引打印(FTP)技术。该工艺通过控制纤维与基体间的润湿行为,利用纤维束控制液态金属的截面形状,将其从圆形塑形为矩形,实现更精确的成形。FTP工艺可解决连续纤维增强金属基复合材料复杂结构的制造难题。研究详细讨论了首层单丝的打印工艺,并系统调查了纤维涂层厚度对复合材料力学性能和微观组织的影响。通过FTP工艺制备的复合材料抗拉强度达235.2 MPa,与常规工艺制备的复合材料性能相当。通过打印复杂结构验证了该方法的优势和创新性。此外,FTP方法适用于其他具有良好润湿性的材料体系,如改性碳纤维、表面活性剂和铝合金等。
