近年来,增材制造(AM)技术在纤维增强聚合物复合材料(FRPCs)的加工研究领域得到广泛应用。现有增材制造综述主要聚焦于可持续生产方法或新型工艺方法学。在任何制造工艺中,材料选择、制造工艺、工艺参数与最终产品性能之间的关联至关重要。本综述重点阐述了FRPC的增材制造与工艺参数及复合材料性能的关系。大量研究表明,通过增材制造技术可以生产出轻质材料和零部件,在不降低最终产品强度和重量性能的前提下,能够保持其力学性能和其他性能指标。本综述详细介绍了主要增材制造工艺所涉及的技术、FRPC零部件制造所用的原材料成分、各工艺的优缺点。综述系统阐述了增材制造技术中的材料选择与适配的打印工艺方法,并重点阐明了将FRPC纳入循环经济体系的最新研究进展和技术方案。总体而言,本综述为增材制造工艺在FRPC制造中的应用提供了新的机遇,并指出了需要克服的挑战。
