除传统砌体剪切墙加固方法外,纤维增强复合材料(FRP)和纺织增强砂浆(TRM)等新型材料和系统已被引入工程实践。2020年3月22日发生在萨格勒布及周边地区的地震暴露了未加固砌体建筑对水平荷载的敏感性,同时指出了修复承重墙和非承重墙损伤以及加强墙体抗剪性能的必要性。现行规范尚未涵盖采用此类系统的结构设计规定。本文系统阐述了FRP和TRM砌体加固的现代设计方法、该领域的科学研究进展、两种加固体系的优缺点对比,以及相应的加固计算理论。研究表明,FRP和TRM加固体系在提高砌体抗剪强度、改善延性性能方面具有显著效果,但在长期耐久性、与基体粘结性能、施工工艺等方面仍需进一步完善。文中详细介绍了两种加固体系的设计原理、施工要点及工程应用案例,为工程设计人员提供了实用的技术指导。
