纤维增强复合材料在混凝土结构加固中的优化应用
Deploying FRP Optimally in the Process of Strengthening Concrete Structures

纤维增强复合材料(FRP)具有质轻、耐久性好、抗腐蚀等优点,在混凝土结构加固中应用前景广阔。FRP材料在磁环境中绝缘,不存在腐蚀问题,可有效避免混凝土结构的腐蚀。同时,FRP具有高抗拉强度等优异性能,使其作为混凝土结构加固材料具有显著优势。但FRP材料也存在对火敏感、抗压性能弱、成本高等不足。本研究通过近表面安装(NSM)法对玻纤增强复合材料(GFRP)杆件的安装角度进行了系统研究。结果表明:在GFRP杆数量和安装间距相同的条件下,45°安装角度的剪切加固效果最优,优于60°和90°;在GFRP用量和安装间距相同的前提下,60°安装角度的加固效果优于90°。此外,研究还表明在GFRP杆安装角度相同的条件下,采用截面较小、间距较小的GFRP杆进行加固,能够显著提高钢筋混凝土梁的加固效率。研究成果为FRP材料在混凝土结构剪切加固中的优化设计提供了重要参考。
