近年来,复合材料在多个制造领域得到广泛应用,增材制造技术也在快速发展。这两种技术的结合使得通过三维打印制造连续纤维增强聚合物部件成为可能,引起了学术界和工业界的广泛关注。然而,由于这类制造方法的新颖性,其工作机制尚未被充分理解,性能极限也未完全表征。本研究通过熔融沉积成型(FFF)工艺,采用连续碳纤维(CCF)热塑性材料制造部件,重点分析纤维取向对其力学性能的影响。根据相关测试标准,分别对单向和混合各向同性两种配置的试样进行拉伸和弯曲特性评估。将实验结果与采用短切碳纤维填充基体聚合物制备的参考试样进行对比,以评价不同纤维排列方式的优势和局限性。研究结果为连续碳纤维增强热塑性复合材料的FFF工艺优化和性能预测提供了重要参考。
