本研究采用基于光纤的传感器网络对液体树脂注入(LRI)工艺进行监测。测试件为由蒙皮和四根加筋条组成的复合材料板,传感器布置方案能够同时监测温度和树脂流动到达情况。传感网络由18个光纤布拉格光栅(FBGs)温度传感器和22个改进前端光纤探针组成,用于检测树脂到达位置。经过深入研究优化传感器安装方案以避免对测量结果的影响,采用商用Micron Optics系统以0.5 Hz采样频率进行测量,通过被动分光盒实现对所有传感器的同步感测。研究结果包括不同位置的树脂到达时间检测和温度变化趋势,成功验证了液体树脂注入工艺的数值模型,深化了对实际树脂流动规律和预成型体填充干燥时间的理解,为工艺优化提供了关键数据支撑。
