连续纤维增强聚合物复合材料因其高刚度、高强度、轻质和耐腐蚀性能的优异组合,在航空航天到地面运输等多个领域应用广泛。三维打印技术与复合材料的结合使得产品定制快速、制造成本低廉,能满足特殊规格需求。然而,连续纤维增强热固性复合材料的三维打印工艺中,材料-工艺-性能关系研究仍不充分。本工作基于直接墨水书写法开发了一种经济高效的三维打印方法,用于制造紫外光固化的连续碳纤维增强复合材料。打印过程中,纤维束在打印头内被丙烯酸酯墨水浸渍,随后挤出至打印床上,经紫外光照射固化。研究了树脂粘度、喷嘴直径、打印速度和基体温度等材料和工艺变量对复合材料质量和力学性能的影响。同时检测了打印对称层板的孔隙率、刚度和强度。最后展示了复合材料结构的三维打印及沿定义打印路径的曲面共形涂层。本研究成果有助于快速设计和制造具有前所未有力学性能和新兴功能的复合材料部件,可应用于汽车、国防和航空航天工业。
