粘接件间夹角对热塑性复合材料超声焊接的影响

复合材料超声焊接研究主要集中在工艺输入参数和材料相关参数的研究,但对制造公差影响的关注甚少。本研究调查了粘接件间夹角对焊接过程和焊接质量的影响。研究发现,随着上下粘接件间夹角增大,焊接过程持续时间延长,而消耗功率、焊接均匀性和焊接强度均下降。然而,通过增加夹持距离,提高粘接件的柔性,增强其在焊接压力下的变形能力,可以显著降低错位对焊接过程和焊接质量的不利影响。研究结果表明,制造公差(特别是粘接件间的角度偏差)是影响热塑性复合材料超声焊接质量的重要因素,通过优化夹持工装设计可以有效改善焊接性能。
