纤维增强环氧复合材料因其优异的强度和热性能、抗化学腐蚀和耐候性以及低比重等特点,被广泛应用于工业各领域。本综述重点讨论了用玻纤、碳纤和玄武岩纤维织物与粉体填料混杂增强的环氧复合材料的力学和热力学性能。粉体填料对环氧基体的改性主要改善了基体与纤维织物层间的粘接性能。常用的粉体形式环氧基体改性剂包括碳纳米管、石墨烯、纳米黏土、二氧化硅和天然填料等。纤维织物增强可采用单向、多向、双轴等铺层方式,织物组织可为平纹、斜纹、缎纹等多种形式。环氧复合材料的层压工艺主要包括手工铺层、树脂传递模塑(RTM)、真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)以及热压或冷压成型等方法。本综述汇集了多尺度环氧复合材料的丰富工艺和材料解决方案,为相关研究提供了重要的信息参考。
