简支预应力混凝土梁中FRP筋和钢筋应用的数值研究——外置FRP腱索体系

本研究通过数值模拟方法,系统考察了在外置FRP腱索预应力混凝土梁(PCBs)中采用纤维增强复合材料(FRP)筋替代钢筋的可行性。基于实验验证的数值程序,对简支预应力混凝土梁进行了参数化分析,主要变量包括筋材类型和配筋面积。研究对象涵盖三种筋材:碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)筋、玻纤增强复合材料(GFRP)筋和普通钢筋。拉伸筋配筋率范围为0.22%~2.16%。研究结果表明:采用CFRP筋的梁体表现出更优的裂缝形态和更高的极限承载力,相比GFRP筋和钢筋梁明显提升;GFRP筋梁的极限挠度和腱索应力增量均显著高于钢筋梁。此外,对多种无粘结腱索极限应力计算模型进行了评估。研究提出了一个解析模型,用于预测外置预应力混凝土梁中钢筋和FRP筋体系的腱索极限应力和抗弯强度。模型预测结果与数值模拟结果吻合良好,验证了模型的有效性。
