磁场作用下松弛-压缩树脂传递模塑(RC-RTM)是真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺的新型变体。该工艺采用磁力控制的柔性磁膜,通过改变纤维预制体的渗透性来调控松弛和压缩阶段,使树脂易于进入模具,提高树脂浸润速度和纤维体积分数。该创新基于TRIZ理论(发明问题解决理论)的应用,旨在解决传统VARTM工艺存在的缺陷和工艺矛盾。本文介绍了这一新型工艺,并系统研究了电流强度和柔性磁膜与螺线管之间的间隙对纤维预制体渗透性的影响规律。通过优化磁场参数,可显著改善树脂浸润效率,提高复合材料的质量稳定性和生产效率,为大型复合材料构件的制造提供了新的工艺思路。
