高级拉挤成型技术是复合材料成型工艺之一,在长桁架和长梁类构件的自动化制造中具有独特优势。热塑性复合材料因其室温储存和可二次利用等特点,在航空航天等多个领域的研究中日益受到关注。由于温度历史对热塑性复合材料的成型质量至关重要,本文以热塑性复合材料高级拉挤成型工艺为研究背景,重点探讨了CF/PEKK复合材料在高级拉挤热成型过程中的温度场变化规律。通过建立温度场三维模型,在ANSYS仿真软件中建立完整的求解方案,获得了仿真温度场数据;同时搭建实时温度监测平台获取实测温度数据。对比分析表明两组温度曲线拟合度良好,验证了所建模型和求解方案对本研究的适用性,为优化CF/PEKK拉挤热成型工艺参数提供了理论依据。
