碳纤维/PEEK蒙皮感应焊接组装热塑性复合材料夹芯板

本文介绍了一种利用感应焊接技术组装夹芯板的方法,该夹芯板由碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)蒙皮和3D打印聚醚亚胺(PEI)蜂窝芯材组成。首先采用热像仪评估了不同尺寸CF/PEEK层板内的感应加热分布规律,并与COMSOL Multiphysics有限元模型进行了对比验证。随后,基于模型优化结果,在真空辅助连续感应焊接工艺条件下制备了夹芯板样件。研究表明,真空条件下感应焊接可有效实现CF/PEEK蒙皮的连接,蒙皮不发生解固,芯材不产生压溃。焊接样件的层间剪切强度(flatwise skin/core strength)达到7 MPa以上,超过了已报道的热固性和热塑性复合材料夹芯板的性能水平。该工艺方法为热塑性复合材料夹芯结构的高效组装提供了新的技术途径。
