碳纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料在熔融沉积成型3D打印中的应用

聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料作为熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印的常用耗材,其性能优化具有重要意义。本研究通过引入碳纤维(CF)来增强PLA复合材料的综合力学性能和热稳定性,并分析了FDM工艺参数对复合材料力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,添加5 wt.%碳纤维能显著提升PLA复合材料的刚度和综合力学性能。通过单因素分析,确定了影响PLA复合材料拉伸强度的工艺参数优先级顺序为:打印层厚、热床温度、打印速度和喷嘴温度。在优化工艺条件下,即层厚0.1 mm、热床温度60 °C、打印速度40 mm/s、喷嘴温度215 °C的组合参数下,获得了最优的拉伸强度。该研究为碳纤维增强PLA复合材料在FDM工艺中的应用提供了工艺参数指导,对提高3D打印制件的性能具有实际指导意义。
