热塑性复合材料因其优异的耐久性、抗损伤性和可回收性,在航空航天及其他工业领域获得广泛应用。本研究通过硅烷偶联剂改性不锈钢网(SSM)加热元件,以增强阻力焊接玻纤增强聚丙烯(GF/PP)热塑性复合材料的搭接剪切强度(LSS)。系统评估了氧化温度、溶剂性质和溶液pH值对焊接接头LSS的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察不锈钢网表面形貌,评估界面粘接性能的改善情况。研究结果表明,表面处理促进树脂向不锈钢网内部渗透,从而增强阻力焊接接头的搭接剪切强度。在最优条件下处理(氧化温度500 °C、乙醇溶剂、pH 11),相比未处理接头,LSS提高了27.2%。
