石墨烯改性FRP筋在建筑健康监测中的应用研究

纤维增强复合材料(FRP)筋上的分布式长量程光纤传感器难以通过集成生产实现,不利于施工管理;而自感应筋的点式传感技术易在结构健康监测(SHM)中产生偏差。为解决上述问题,利用石墨烯的压阻特性,在FRP构件表面涂覆石墨烯/环氧树脂膜是一种可行方案。本研究对涂覆石墨烯/环氧树脂膜的玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)筋进行了重复加载和循环加载试验,同时测量其电阻值直至试件破坏。试验结果表明,石墨烯改性BFRP筋在重复和循环加载过程中能够保持稳定的传感性能。研究表明,石墨烯改性BFRP筋能够有效反映结构构件在安全范围内的应力状态,在建筑健康监测中可保持稳定的自感应性能,为工程结构的长期监测提供了新的技术途径。
