多功能纤维增强聚合物(FRP)复合材料为下一代智能复合材料应用提供了理想平台,包括结构健康监测、电导率和热导率、能量存储与转换以及电磁干扰屏蔽,同时不损害其力学性能。石墨烯和碳纳米管(CNTs)等碳基纳米材料的最新进展使得许多具有优异力学、电学和热学性能的新型多功能复合材料得以开发。然而,如何通过可扩展、高效率和经济的制造工艺将碳纳米材料有效地掺入FRP复合材料中,同时保持其性能,仍是一大挑战。本综述总结了石墨烯和碳纳米管基FRP复合材料的最新进展、制造技术及其在智能复合材料中的应用。同时讨论了当前技术难点和智能FRP复合材料研究的未来发展方向,以促进从研发阶段的智能复合材料向工业规模化生产的转变。
