真空辅助树脂灌注(VARI)和树脂传递模塑(RTM)技术是制造高分子复合材料层板的常用工艺。VARI工艺具有成本低、制品无气孔、能制造复杂形状等优点,但存在表面质量差和温度稳定性不足的缺陷;RTM工艺耐高温、表面质量好、能制造复杂形状,但模具成本高、易产生气孔缺陷。本研究开发了集成VARI与RTM优势的新型工艺,采用半透明复合板替代VARI工艺中的真空袋,该板材具有与RTM模具相反的复合层板形状,但成本远低于RTM模具,且能实时监测树脂灌注过程。通过与手工铺层工艺(HLT)对比验证集成工艺的有效性,研究了向机织和短切纤维/环氧复合层板中掺入0.25 wt.%和0.5 wt.%二氧化钛(TiO₂)纳米颗粒的影响。结果表明:集成VARI工艺制备的层板力学性能优于手工铺层工艺制品;玻纤/环氧复合材料中掺入0.25 wt.%的TiO₂纳米颗粒时力学性能最优。该集成工艺兼具两种传统工艺的优势,为复合材料制造提供了新的解决方案。
