真空辅助树脂注入成型工艺中厚壁玻纤织物增强复合材料的三维渗透率研究

厚壁玻纤织物预制体的渗透率测定,特别是不同织物结构层的渗透率特性,对于制造风力发电机叶片等大型复杂几何结构的厚壁复合材料至关重要。厚壁增强材料的渗透率具有本质的三维特性,需要准确获取以支撑复合材料加工建模与分析。真空辅助树脂注入成型(VARIM)工艺中液体阶段的数值模拟对于推进复合材料制造工艺发展、降低工艺缺陷具有重要意义。本研究通过实验测定了厚壁E玻璃织物增强预制体的三维渗透率,并通过对比实验流动前沿与ANSYS Fluent数值模拟结果进行了验证。主渗透率轴的方向在实验前未知。本研究方法与文献中的方法不同之处在于:厚度方向渗透率被确定为沿主轴流动前沿位置和面内渗透率的函数,不依赖于进口半径。该方法适用于厚度方向织物结构变化的增强材料,如风力发电机叶片翼梁帽部分。厚度方向流动前沿的计算模拟结果与实验观测结果相一致,验证了该方法的有效性。
