真空辅助树脂注入工艺的制造路线:数值研究

真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺是一种经济高效的轻质大型复杂复合材料构件制造技术,属于液体复合材料模塑(LCM)工艺族。该工艺将纤维预制体放入模腔中,用真空袋覆盖,采用密封胶带粘附于模具以防止空气-树脂泄漏。真空泵抽取密闭腔体内的空气,使纤维预制体得到压实。打开进料口,树脂在大气压作用下浸润预制体。基于压实和树脂注入两个阶段的耦合方式,存在多种制造路线,这些路线对工艺时间、树脂压力分布和预制体厚度均匀性产生影响。本文采用有限差分法进行数值模拟,研究了VARI工艺的四种主要制造路线对上述参数的影响。结果表明:空气抽真空与树脂注入阶段的合并对工艺时间的缩短无显著效果。第四种制造路线(树脂注入先于真空抽取)是VARI工艺的最优实践方案。在最优工况下,该路线相比第一种制造路线的最优工况可将工艺时间降低19.9%。
