本研究应用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺进行数值模拟。研究中忽略了微观尺度行为,将模具中的纤维用多孔介质区域替代。对孔隙率系数方程进行了改进,使其能够根据实验输出数据进行计算。为简化实验过程,采用仅填充纤维的模具方案,省略了工业制造中常用的附加层。研究包含两个实验:第一个实验相对简单,用作模拟的输入条件;第二个实验的结果与数值模拟结果进行对比验证。通过改进的孔隙率模型和简化的实验设计,该研究为VARI工艺的工程应用提供了有效的数值预测方法,有助于优化树脂流动过程、减少制造缺陷。
