真空辅助树脂注入(VARI)工艺因其能够以相对较高的纤维体积分数和低成本制造大型复合材料结构而获得广泛的工业和科学关注。然而,该工艺同时存在加工时间长和沿部件长度方向厚度不均匀的问题,分别源于进出口间压力梯度低和真空袋柔性特性。改善部件厚度均匀性的一种方法是允许过量树脂通过排气口排出,这一阶段称为后填充阶段,对部件质量和生产时间有重大影响。本研究旨在为真空辅助树脂注入工艺的树脂注入和后填充阶段提供树脂压力分布、纤维体积分数和部件厚度的半解析解。结果表明,后填充阶段构成总加工时间的主要部分,优化该阶段可以减少树脂浪费、缩短加工时间并改善复合材料部件的厚度均匀性。
