真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺优化在混杂纤维增强复合材料保险杠原型制造中的应用

为提供复合材料在汽车零部件制造中的替代方案,采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺对雪佛兰Aveo车型保险杠进行原型制造。该工艺作为先进复合材料制造的新兴技术,具有快速高效、质量稳定的优势。本研究采用玻纤和剑麻纤维混杂增强、IN2环氧树脂基体、铺层网、脱模布和真空袋等材料体系构建混杂复合材料。为优化VARTM工艺在保险杠原型制造中的应用,通过改变树脂注入点和真空抽取点的位置进行多组树脂流动数值模拟。利用Autodesk Moldflow Insight软件对注入点位置进行修改和优化,观察树脂流动演变规律,确定各设计方案的充模时间。共设计了6种保险杠模具充模方案。优化后的线性流动设计方案相比其他5种方案,总充模时间降低81.56%。数值模拟结果通过实验验证,模具充模时间在两种方法间具有高度一致性,证实了仿真优化的有效性。
