真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)生产过程的实时故障监测与控制需要准确掌握环氧树脂流动前沿在模具内的位置。因此,快速准确的流动前沿追踪系统具有重要的工程价值。物理信息灰箱模型在高保真度与数据驱动黑箱模型之间提供了良好的平衡,适用于流动前沿追踪系统的设计。本文针对传感器信息缺失的情况,提出了基于随机微分方程(SDEs)的流动前沿动力学灰箱模型。该方法采用有限差分近似方法离散流动前沿的空间域,用于估计环氧树脂的空间流动规律。为处理缺失传感器数据,本文采用改进的连续-离散扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)估计框架,该框架在参数辨识过程中考虑了测量空间的有效维数。通过对常见故障场景的仿真验证,评估了所提方法的性能。该研究为VARTM工艺的在线监测与质量控制提供了新的技术途径。
