真空烧结条件下双组分粉末成型熔融过程的模拟

金属粉末在受控加热条件下的真空烧结是获得致密复合材料的传统粉末冶金技术。尽管烧结过程的研究历史悠久,但该领域的建模工作仍具有重要意义,因为它能深化对相关物理现象的理解。本研究基于多相渗流理论,建立了考虑双组分粉末不同熔融温度差异的压制粉末系统熔融模型。通过引入熔融温度区间来模拟液相的出现。开发了该模型的数值求解算法。以钛铝体系为例,研究表明即使温度场存在弱不均匀性,也会导致速度场不均匀和易熔组分的重新分布,这对最终烧结体的组织均匀性和性能具有重要影响。该模型为优化真空烧结工艺参数、控制复合材料微观结构提供了理论依据。
