真空注入香蕉纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸强度和应变研究

香蕉纤维因其纤维长度适宜、耐久性好、环保性能优异、资源丰富且纹理细腻等特点,被认为是适合纺织和编织的天然纤维之一。随着全球环保问题日益凸显,绿色复合材料受到全球研究者的广泛关注,香蕉纤维的应用价值不断提升。香蕉纤维复合材料广泛应用于服装、家居装饰、面板等领域,特别是在汽车、航空航天、建筑及其他工业应用中备受青睐。香蕉纤维复合材料因其独特的中空纤维结构(含有空腔)和高孔隙率,具有优异的隔热和隔音性能。本研究采用真空注入工艺(VIP)以香蕉纤维为增强体、环氧树脂为基体制备复合材料面板。按照ISO 527-4标准对所制备面板进行拉伸强度和应变测试。研究结果与同类天然纤维复合材料相比表现良好,测试数据处于天然纤维复合材料的常见范围内,但与部分高性能香蕉纤维环氧复合材料相比仍处于中等偏低水平。通过优化工艺参数和材料配方,可显著提升香蕉纤维环氧复合材料的力学性能,使其在各类应用领域中更具竞争力。
