真空注入成型弧形复合材料制件的厚度变化
Thickness variation in contoured composite parts by vacuum infusion

摘要整理
采用真空注入(VI)工艺制备弧形层板,并动态监测工艺参数对厚度变化的影响。利用有限元软件(PAM-RTM)进行工艺仿真,将层板沿长度方向的厚度预测值与动态测量数据进行对比验证。初期仿真通过近似处理拐角对预成形体变形和织物铺层行为的影响。随后通过修改仿真几何模型和材料参数以提高预测精度,使仿真结果更接近实验测量值。采用用户自定义几何(UDG)仿真方法,能够更准确地预测拐角最大偏差和偏差区域。本研究建立了一套利用分析工具设计和控制真空注入工艺的工作流程。该工作流程结合工艺监测和改进的工艺仿真工具,深入分析工艺参数的影响规律,指导工艺优化以降低产品尺寸变异性。
