真空树脂注入工艺在复合材料制造中的应用

随着航空航天工业的发展,复合材料逐步替代钢铁和铝合金成为主流结构材料。相比传统手工铺层工艺,真空树脂注入(VRI)工艺具有更高的生产效率,能显著提高复合材料质量并降低成本,广泛应用于飞机、无人机等结构件制造。本研究采用实验方法,对比真空树脂注入工艺和手工铺层工艺两种复合材料制造方法。在真空树脂注入工艺中引入螺旋管变量设计,通过光学显微镜观察气孔率和材料密度测量来评估两种工艺制备的复合材料质量。研究结果表明,采用螺旋出口配置的真空树脂注入工艺制备的复合材料气孔率最低,材料密度最高,达0.00157 g/mm³,相比其他工艺方案明显提升。该工艺方案制备的复合材料具有更优的密实度和均匀性,从而获得更好的强度和耐久性能,在航空航天复合材料制造中具有显著优势。
