为了获得结构件设计的更大自由度,开发了一种单丝加热元件,能够焊接大面积和复杂形状的表面。采用所开发的加热元件对连续碳纤维增强聚酰胺6(CF-PA6)的焊接工艺窗口进行了研究,主要改变电功率、电能和接合压力等工艺参数。通过单剪和双剪试验以及显微图像分析,评估了这些工艺参数对焊接接头质量的影响。基于试验结果,提出了工艺参数的推荐值。通过改变试样的环境条件来分析湿度对剪切传递接头的影响,采用了PA6试样的加速调湿方法。此外,还提出了一种无传感器的焊接过程温度监测方法,并与传统测量方法进行了对比。该研究为CF-PA6复合材料的阻力焊接工艺优化和质量控制提供了重要参考。
