本研究在Fibre4Yards(地平线2020)项目框架下,采用生命周期评估(LCA)方法评估船舶工业纤维复合材料制造技术的环境负荷。研究涵盖纤维增强复合材料(FRP)技术在浮体全部构件中的应用,包括:甲板板材采用的常规真空灌注工艺、上层建筑板材采用的自适应模具工艺、桁条生产采用的紫外线(UV)曲线拉挤工艺、支架采用的热冲压工艺,以及立柱采用的三维(3D)打印和自动铺带(ATP)工艺。环保影响评估基于标准指标进行,包括全球变暖潜能值、水消耗量和化石资源稀缺性。研究结果表明,所分析FRP技术的总碳足迹主要由所应用材料的类型决定,而非工艺过程中的能耗。该发现为船舶工业优化复合材料制造工艺、降低环境影响提供了重要参考,表明在材料选择阶段实施环保策略比单纯降低生产能耗更为有效。
