玻纤/PVC弯曲夹芯结构复合材料冲击性能研究
Study on impact behavior of glass fiber/<scp>PVC</scp> curved sandwich structure composites

复合材料具有轻质、高强度、高模量和耐腐蚀等特点。本文采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了三种曲率半径(80、150、260 mm)和不同夹芯结构的玻纤/PVC弯曲夹芯复合材料。对试样进行了准静态压痕试验和落锤冲击试验,通过对比载荷-位移曲线、凹陷深度和能量损失,分析了曲率半径和铺层顺序对复合材料冲击性能的影响。进行了不同曲率半径和结构试样的冲击后压缩(CAI)试验,以探索复合材料的损伤极限和韧性。研究结果表明:夹芯试样的最大拉伸性能主要由树脂对PVC泡沫芯材的浸润程度决定;冲击性能主要取决于增强纤维的铺层顺序;自由落体的瞬时冲击性能受曲率半径影响较大;夹芯复合材料的冲击后压缩性能随曲率增加而提高。该研究为弯曲面与夹芯结构复合材料的应用提供了理论依据。
