玻纤/碳纤/玄武岩纤维混杂FRP筋在弯曲加载混凝土梁中的开发应用

FRP筋作为传统钢筋的替代方案在钢筋混凝土构件中的应用前景广阔,但生产工艺、力学性能和工程可行性等方面仍存在挑战。本研究开发了一种新型玻纤/碳纤/玄武岩纤维混杂FRP筋,并将其作为拉伸钢筋应用于弯曲加载混凝土梁中。通过改进标准拉挤工艺(采用双热区设计),显著降低了筋材孔隙率,提高了筋材均匀性。试验采用23根混凝土梁进行对比研究,包括商用GFRP筋加固梁、三种开发的混杂FRP筋加固梁和钢筋加固梁,采用两种配筋率进行测试。弯曲性能试验表明,Hybrid67混杂筋相比GFRP筋的抗弯矩容量提高36%,延性提高49%,展现出在耐久性和抗腐蚀混凝土结构中的应用潜力。最优混杂方案的拉伸强度达到1013 MPa,并改善了粘结性能和延性。试验结果与美国和加拿大规范的解析模型进行了对比,发现规范对裂缝弯矩的预测存在约30%的高估。研究结果为混杂FRP筋在混凝土结构中的工程应用提供了重要参考。
