玻纤/环氧树脂复合材料的吸湿热老化研究:双轴经编与平纹机织预浸料的对比

本研究采用热熔工艺创新开发了双轴经编玻纤/环氧树脂预浸料,并与规格相同的传统平纹机织预浸料进行了系统对比。在85°C/100% RH吸湿热老化条件下,两种预浸料制备的复合材料表现出明显不同的性能衰减规律:双轴经编预浸料复合材料初始拉伸强度更高(508.8 MPa vs. 464.6 MPa,高9.5%),但吸水率更大(6.10% vs. 5.50%),导致800 h老化后强度保留率较低(43.5% vs. 55.4%)。动态热机械分析(DMA)表明双轴经编预浸料复合材料的玻璃化转变温度下降幅度更显著。扫描电镜(SEM)观察发现,双轴经编预浸料的开放式结构加速了界面降解,而平纹机织预浸料的紧密编织结构能有效阻滞水分渗透。该研究为潮湿环境下预浸料结构的选择提供了重要指导。
