玻纤/灰叶树纤维增强混杂聚合物复合材料的物理和力学性能表征——真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制备

本研究采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)工艺制备了环氧基复合材料,通过天然纤维与合成纤维的复合设计,在保证强度性能的同时实现成本优化。复合材料由灰叶树纤维(天然纤维)和玻璃纤维(合成纤维)组成,两种纤维的质量分数均为10%,并引入不同含量的白云石填料(0%、5%、10%、15%质量分数)。系统研究了复合材料的物理性能、力学性能、冲蚀磨损行为及微观形貌。结果表明:白云石填料的加入显著提高了复合材料的硬度和冲击强度,但降低了拉伸强度和弯曲强度。当白云石填料含量为10%时,冲蚀磨损率最低;超过此含量后磨损率反而增加。采用L₁₆正交表进行试验设计,在冲击角30°、冲击速度10 m/s、冲蚀颗粒粒径150 μm的条件下获得最小磨损率。通过扫描电镜等形貌分析手段,探讨了不同白云石含量下混杂复合材料冲蚀磨损机制的变化规律。
